Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader. This role focuses on delivering the best possible guest experience while performing sales, merchandising and daily store operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and lead Teammates and to drive sales performance. Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending merchandise, leading by example in service and presentation, and maintaining store standards across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience in sales and guest service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary service, greet guests, answer questions and help locate merchandise.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive showmanship in fittings and presentations.
• Lead, train and develop teammates to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising, POS procedures and store operations.
