Buckle is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales and guest satisfaction in Stillwater, OK. This role collaborates with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates, manage merchandising, and ensure store standards.

Responsibilities include leading by example, maintaining presentation, executing POS procedures, and maintaining a positive floor culture. Flexible schedule and retail leadership growth are offered.

Qualifications
