Job summary

Belle Tire Inc. offers a Manager in Training (MIT) program designed to groom future store leaders through hands-on retail operations experience, guided by a Store Manager mentor.

You will learn to lead teams, drive sales, manage operations, and deliver premium customer service while aligning with the Belle Tire Way. You will participate in leadership development, attend training sessions, and have the opportunity to advance into a Store Manager role within 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership, coaching, and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and basic financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach retail teams to meet goals and customer service standards.
• Execute Belle Tire's six-step sales process to drive customer solutions.
• Assist in store operations, scheduling, inventory, and safety procedures.
