Job summary

Belle Tire Inc. is offering a Manager in Training (MIT) program designed to develop future store leaders. You will train under a Store Manager mentor, learn to lead teams, drive sales, and oversee daily operations while embodying the Belle Tire Way.

The MIT role emphasizes leadership, customer experience, and hands-on store management with opportunities for promotion to Store Manager within 6–12 months. Travel to other stores and training centers is possible.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Desire to advance into Store Manager within 6–12 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a retail team to meet business and customer goals.
• Observe and participate in team huddles, feedback, and training sessions.
• Apply strategic thinking to link daily tasks to store goals.
• Learn and execute Belle Tire’s 6-Step Sales Process.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, inventory, and workflow.
