Job summary

Belle Tire Inc is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop into a store leader. You will work with a Store Manager mentor, drive sales, lead teams, manage operations, and deliver premium customer service.

Training combines hands-on experience, classroom instruction, and strategic leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities include learning the Belle Tire 6-Step Sales Process, coaching teammates, and supporting store performance while traveling to training centers as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Desire to advance into a Store Manager role within 6–12 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data-driven decision making and basic financial concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

• Gain hands-on experience with store operations (staffing, scheduling, inventory, facility).
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Coordinate shop productivity and interdepartmental communication.
• Understand impact of operational decisions on customer experience.
