Job summary

You will gain experience across leadership, sales, operations, and financial management, with travel to training centers and other stores as needed to complete the program and position for promotion.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Desire to advance into Store Manager within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to achieve goals.
• Develop leadership and communication skills, fostering trust and accountability.
• Observe and participate in training sessions, team huddles, and feedback.
• Apply strategic thinking by connecting daily tasks to store and company goals.
• Learn fundamentals of P&L management and analyze financial reports under guidance.
