Job summary

Belle Tire Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop into a store leader through hands-on experience in retail operations, guided by a Store Manager mentor.

You will learn to lead teams, drive sales, manage inventory, and deliver premium customer service in a fast-paced tire and automotive service environment. Expect structured training, leadership development, and opportunities to relocate for future store leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age required.
• Valid driver's license.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail or customer-facing environment.
• Desire to advance into Store Manager within 6–12 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to meet business and customer goals.
• Develop leadership and communication skills that foster trust and accountability.
• Model Belle Tire's culture and values in daily work.
• Observe and assist in team huddles, feedback, and training sessions.
• Apply strategic thinking by connecting daily tasks to store goals.
• Learn and execute Belle Tire's 6-Step Sales Process.
• Support team in identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
• Drive sales across products and services while maintaining service standards.
• Build customer relationships and assist with escalations.
• Gain hands-on experience with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety protocols, and procedures.
