Job summary

Belle Tire Inc is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop into a store leader. You will work with a Store Manager mentor, learn Belle Tire's sales process, and gain hands-on experience in operations, staffing, inventory, and customer service.

The MIT program emphasizes leadership, team development, and readiness for promotion to Store Manager within the network of Belle Tire locations. Travel and multi-store training may be required as part of the program.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a retail team to meet business and customer goals.
• Support sales processes and customer issue resolution.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, and store operations.
• Apply P&L understanding to drive sales and control costs.
• Represent Belle Tire values and culture in daily leadership.
