The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on learning with District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Selected SMITs gain experience in customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while preparing for leadership roles.

• Skills to manage store inventory and assets for profitability.
