Job summary

Jacksons is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training at our Sandy, UT location. You will gain hands-on experience in store operations, drive sales and profitability, coach your team, manage expenses, and oversee merchandising and inventory control.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. This temporary program offers full-time benefits, opportunities for advancement, tuition reimbursement, and a path to a store leadership role within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Open availability to meet a 24/7 operation.
• Experience supervising team members in food service or retail.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to customers.
• Enforce company policies with staff.
• Restock shelves and display areas to prevent stockouts.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Lead food service and beverage programs to maximize sales.
