ExtraMile by Jacksons in Sandy, Utah is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to learn all facets of store operations. You’ll drive sales and profitability, coach and develop your team, manage expenses, reduce losses, and oversee merchandising and inventory control.

This temporary program is designed to prepare you for a full-time supervisory role, with hands-on coaching, on-the-job training, and clear opportunities for advancement within a company that rewards internal growth.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Open availability for 24/7 operation (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Previous leadership in food service or retail.

Mansioni

• Provide courteous customer service and greet customers.
• Follow and enforce company policies with staff.
• Assist in driving sales and store profitability.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to minimize loss.
