Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising team in food service or retail.
• 3+ months of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Open availability for 24/7 operation, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service while greeting and thanking customers.
• Assist in training, mentoring, supervising, and providing leadership to employees.
• Follow, interpret, and enforce company policy and procedures with the team.
• Suggest possible purchases and promote store specials.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures.
