O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee professional and retail operations and lead a team of specialists. You will work with district and store managers on hiring, evaluations, and promotions, while ensuring safety and training standards are met.

The role emphasizes hands-on training and team development. Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, payroll, and maintaining stock, fleet, and store appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alphanumeric characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Coordinate recruitment, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members under supervision.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations and pay increases.
• Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks and interviews and coordinating with management.
• Support store manager with safety compliance and training across the team.
• Review KPI dashboards and the monthly P&L with the store manager.
