O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Training to support store operations, sales, and team development. You will work with store and district management on recruiting, training, and evaluating staff while driving customer satisfaction.

The program prepares you for a management role at another store or location, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Support store manager with safety compliance and staff training.
• Make sales calls with/without store manager, and schedule weekly customer calls.
• Monitor KPIs and assist with P&L and price adjustments.
