CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program blends virtual and hands-on learning over 16 weeks, guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Active involvement in learning experiences supports growth toward leadership roles. SMIT candidates should communicate effectively, deliver customer care, execute merchandising strategies, and manage inventory to sustain store profitability.
