Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in McDonough, GA. You will oversee daily operations, help with merchandising and launches, and lead a team to meet sales objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will participate in outreach events and off-site promotions, with access to best-in-class training and opportunities for leadership growth while earning a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 3+ years of sales or customer experience in telecom or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations alongside store manager.
• Develop and coach retail team to meet sales and service goals.
• Lead merchandising and product launches to drive sales.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services.
• Conduct outreach and on-site/off-site events to promote products and services.
