Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Fayetteville, GA. You will partner with a store manager to oversee daily store operations, assist with merchandising and product launches, and ensure customers experience best-in-class services.

You will coach a team of sales consultants, lead outreach events, and drive sales and service goals. Strong leadership, communication and planning skills are essential; previous management in telecom is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
