Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail store operations in Conyers, GA. You will coach a team of sales consultants, drive sales objectives, manage merchandising, and oversee product launches to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will also engage in outreach events and promotional activities, with paid training to support leadership success and career growth within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

• Oversee daily store operations including merchandising and product launches.
