7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Restaurant Leader to provide customer service leadership, coach staff, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering quality food and service.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Proficient computer knowledge; Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all staff.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness of all products.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements and operational changes.
• Read and interpret operating instructions and manuals; follow procedures.
