Job summary

7‑Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will work with the Restaurant Leader to coach staff, uphold health and safety standards, and drive performance using store reports and budgets.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on store management with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee customer service leadership and training for restaurant staff.
• Ability to ensure health standards and company policies are followed.
• Strong attention to food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive changes.
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and manuals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; restaurant management exp valued.
• Ability to multitask and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Provide coaching and training to team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Analyze store reports and adjust operations to improve performance.
