7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. You will work alongside the Restaurant Leader to deliver outstanding customer service, coach staff, and uphold brand standards.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure health and safety compliance, monitor food quality, and analyze store reports to drive improvements. This role offers full-time hours with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Customer service leadership and coaching responsibilities.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma preferred or one year of restaurant management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader for all staff.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness of products.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance documents as needed.
• Use store reports and P&L to drive improvements and decisions.
• Ability to multitask and work standing, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
