7‑Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role focuses on supervising staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store performance under the guidance of the Restaurant Leader.

You will oversee operations, ensure compliance with health standards, and coach employees to deliver top-quality foodservice. A strong understanding of P&L and store reporting supports decision-making; multi-tasking and lifting up to 50 pounds are involved.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Ability to ensure proper food preparations, presentation, and freshness of products.
• Experience reading and interpreting operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all staff.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with policies and Health Department standards.
• Maintain proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive store performance improvements.
