Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell unit in Rice Lake, WI. You will supervise operations, ensure profitability, and maintain quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, staff coaching, and adherence to company standards while driving sales and maintaining cost controls. Excellent communication and reliability are essential for success.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for internal promotion with completed training/certifications.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Reliable transportation and punctual arrival to work.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures cost categories (food, labor, cash, controllable expenses) are controlled per guidelines and budgets.
• Presents positive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels for all days/parts and schedules.
• Prepares and conducts performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and ASM.
• Conducts hiring for crew, shift leaders, and ASM positions.
• Coaches and counsels staff, trains to certification and performance levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness per sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Keeps environment safe for employees and guests, takes corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinates preventative maintenance and reports repairs.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provides feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings; manages turnover with training and positive culture.
• Prepares food for guests and training, handles cash register duties when required.
