Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Lake Stevens, WA, to lead daily operations, train staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and safety while driving profitability.

This role requires strong leadership, shift-management experience, and the ability to work flexible hours. You’ll supervise crews and report to an area coach, upholding standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.
• A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Controls cost categories (food, labor, cash, expenses) to guidelines and budget.
• Drives sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service, and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days and parts.
• Prepares and conducts performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and assistants.
• Handles hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs; coaches and trains staff to required levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and organization per sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Maintains safe environment for employees and guests; takes corrective action as needed.
• Ensures preventative maintenance on equipment and reports repairs.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to encourage repeat business.
• Provides timely feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings; manages turnover through smart hiring and training.
• Prepares food for guests and training purposes; handles cash register when required.
