Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Candidate must be motivated to earn RBT certification with provided training.
• Ability to remain patient and compassionate in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and connect with families.
