Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings across Ohio. This part-time role emphasizes one-on-one ABA services, collaboration with a clinical team, and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and dedicated to helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Experience in education, childcare, or youth programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
