Heartland Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism in Ohio. Training is provided to help eligible candidates earn Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before starting services.

This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling, the chance to grow professionally, and support from a strong clinical team committed to client success. You may work with families in their homes and community settings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and calmness in challenging situations.
Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
