Qualifications

• 5+ years in music/entertainment/agency production.
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication.
• Detail-oriented with scopes, timelines and budgets.
• Based in New York.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting deal terms, scopes of work, budgets, and estimates.
• Draft and update project paperwork under EVP guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date templates and deal trackers.
• Manage day-to-day across music, touring, and campaign projects.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and status across workstreams.
• Coordinate between internal teams, Creative Directors, and partners.
• Create clean, professional deliverables including decks and briefs.
