Translation, a well-established independent agency and thriving music business, seeks a Junior Producer to join our team in New York. You will support campaigns, manage small projects, and coordinate schedules with teams across departments.

You will work with our in-house arm and partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. You will bring 2–4 years of production experience, travel for shoots as needed, and strong communication skills to a fast-paced environment that values resourcefulness and

Qualifications

• 2-4 years production experience.
• Willing to travel for shoots, including overnight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and deadlines with diplomacy.

Responsabilités

• Produce great work.
• Support larger campaigns under a lead producer or manage small content projects independently.
• Problem solve with internal and external teams to achieve best work.
• Coordinate production calendars and oversee logistics from pre- to post-production.
• Collaborate with 16 Bars and UnitedMasters when needed.
• Travel to shoots and provide on-site support for campaigns.
• Track actuals, maintain job jackets, and archive projects.
