Rockwell Automation's EDGE program offers a three-year ISC Leadership Development Program with four six-month rotations and a year-long capstone. You’ll rotate through planning, quality, manufacturing, and operations engineering, then graduate into a role aligned with interests. Relocation is provided; most roles are on-site with some hybrid options.

Start dates are Jan 11, 2027 or June 14, 2027. Upon graduation, you may move into an individual contributor, technically focused, or supervisory

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsabilidades

• Rotations include planning and materials, quality/manufacturing engineering, and operations engineering.
• One twelve-month capstone in plant supervision with three of five rotations in core or business electives.
• Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership.
