Job summary

EōS Fitness in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a motivated Manager in Training (MIT) to develop leadership skills and prepare for gym management. The program collaborates with Regional and District Managers to build leadership capabilities, focusing on onboarding, sales leadership, and KPI exposure while not being assigned to a single gym location.

• Previous leadership experience (6+ months) preferred in fitness or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding program (up to 6 weeks external, 4 weeks internal).
• Gain hands-on gym operations experience including scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Shadow gym managers to learn day-to-day leadership practices and oversee team collaborations.
• Assist in maintaining operational excellence and customer service standards.
• Support sales initiatives including member sales and upselling to achieve KPIs.
• Potentially step into acting managerial roles for a day or shift under supervision.
