Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a motivated leader for the Manager in Training (MIT) role. This program will help you develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to lead and manage in the fitness environment.

The MIT will work closely with the Regional Manager, District Manager, and Gym Managers, influencing KPIs but not assigned to a specific gym location during the program. The role is developmental, not eligible for management bonuses but allows commissions for assignments.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience, preferably in fitness or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to inspire and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on Sales leadership development.
• Gain hands-on experience in gym operations, scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Shadow gym managers to learn day-to-day leadership practices.
