EōS Fitness in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a motivated MIT to develop leadership skills in a gym operations setting. The program emphasizes hands-on learning under management guidance, with exposure to KPIs and cross-functional collaboration.

The role focuses on onboarding, operations, and coaching the service team. The position is development-focused, not eligible for management bonuses, but offers opportunities for growth, incentives such as daily pay, and a pathway to leadership within the EōS

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience, preferably in fitness or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on Operations leadership development.
• Gain hands-on experience in gym operations, including scheduling, reporting and data analysis, prioritizing and planning daily activities, and ensuring equipment and cleanliness standards are met.
• Oversee the Service team and day-to-day tasks including greeting and directing members, guests and staff.
• Shadow gym managers to learn day-to-day leadership practices and oversee team collaborations.
• Provide assistance to members' requests and inquiries and perform various administrative duties as required.
• Assist in ensuring operational excellence and customer service by upholding company standards.
• Support sales initiatives, including membership sales, upselling, and achieving KPIs.
• Potentially step into acting managerial roles for a day or shift under supervision.
