Strong communication and leadership are essential, with flexibility for weekends and holidays. The role partners with other F&B managers to maintain standards, cost controls, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant or bar operations.
• Wine/beverage knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
