Hampton Inn / Homewood Suites Houston Downtown seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of all dining and beverage outlets within the hotel. You will supervise restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining profitability and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with chefs, planning menus, managing inventory, and leading F&B staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred; hospitality degree preferred.
• Two or more years managing a food and beverage team in a hotel or similar environment.

• Supervise and coordinate activities across restaurants, lounges, banquets, and in-room dining services.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and staff performance to uphold brand standards.

• Recruit, train, and lead F&B staff, fostering hospitality and teamwork.
