Job summary

Market West Dental Group is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn the skills and company knowledge to independently run a financially viable PDS supported dental office. The OMT will complete the OM Development Program with guidance from a supervisor, aiming to manage a dental office in 4–6 months after program completion.

The role includes leading Front Office and Back Office teams, managing staff, budgets, compliance, and delivering a high-quality patient experience while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management or related field.
• Ability to travel to multiple offices as needed.
• Strong leadership, coaching and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of dental plans, insurance, and administrative guidelines.
