Job summary

Behavioral-Health-Allies seeks a Behavior Specialist to assist in implementing behavior analytic services within Community Living residential settings. You will work under supervision, focusing on direct client engagement, behavior plan implementation, and data-driven decision-making.

Eligible candidates are enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA or related field, pursuing BCBA certification, and accruing supervised fieldwork hours per BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and actively pursuing Master’s in ABA or related field.
• Active supervision agreement with a BCBA/LBA to accrue fieldwork hours per BACB requirements.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with individuals with behavioral needs preferred.
• Experience in residential or educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and skill acquisition programs under supervision.
• Assist in assessments and data collection for behavior analysis.
• Support crisis response under direction of a BCBA.
• Provide staff training and coaching on BSP implementation.
