Job summary

Venture Community Services seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support Day and Residential programs in Applied Behavior Analysis and behavior management. The role coordinates assessments, behavior plans, and documentation while guiding DSPs and managers in plan implementation.

The position requires MA licensure as LABA/BCBA, leadership experience in ABA settings, and a commitment to DDS regulations and positive behavioral supports.

Qualifications

• Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and BACB-approved supervisor.
• Minimum 3 years professional ABA/relevant field; 2 years in progressive management; Master’s level.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and daily car use on site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Universal Positive Behavioral Supports (agency wide).
• Develop and implement positive behavior plans and strategies (PBSP, PBIP).
• Develop Psychotropic Medication Treatment Plans for individuals on psychotropic meds.
• Review and analyze data to ensure treatment appropriateness.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analysis (FA).
• Conduct preference assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF).
• Provide Behavioral Skills Training with ABA tech, DSP staff and supervisors.
