Aspire Living & Learning seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a dedicated caseload and lead the development, training, implementation, and monitoring of behavior support systems for individuals served. The role emphasizes Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and compliance with program standards.

Located in Leominster, MA, this full-time opportunity requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Satisfactory background checks and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develops, trains, and monitors behavior support systems and plans.
• Models and teaches behavioral strategies to stakeholders.
• Supervises and supports RBTs, BCaBA and BCBA candidates.
• Completes documentation and ensures deadlines are met.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
