Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation for members with challenging behaviors and to develop individualized behavior support plans. You will observe clients, collect data, train staff, and collaborate with the care team to implement PBSPs and monitor progress.

A master’s degree and active NC license are required; a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with I/DD, autism, or TBI is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans per Clinical Coverage Policy 8P.
• Observe clients, record data, analyze behaviors, and monitor plan fidelity.
• Assess member progress, revise PBSPs to reduce target behaviors.
• Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques.
• Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team.
• Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary.
