Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a BCBA to provide behavioral health services, conduct ASD assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will supervise RBTs, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, ethical practice, and staying current with research in autism treatment. Requires BA/BCBA with applicable licensure and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to interpret technical information and apply behavior analytic methods.
• Knowledge of CPT codes/payor rules and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff, providing training and feedback.
