Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality behavioral services to individuals supported by BSLS. This role emphasizes promoting positive behaviors, reducing challenging behaviors, and conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology required.
BCBA certification or close to completion.
1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Experience with mentally ill and intellectually disabled adults preferred.
Experience with complex, high-frequency behaviors required.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and monitors behavior treatment plans and evaluates effectiveness via data analysis.
Responds to crisis situations.
Debriefs staff and individuals after incidents.
Maintains clinical records and PBSPs, FBAs, and meeting summaries.
Reviews monthly data to monitor client progress.
Provides face-to-face clinical services according to scope of practice assigned.
