Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Analysis, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA certification or near completion.
• 1–2 years clinical experience, including practicum/internship.
• Experience with mentally ill and intellectually disabled adults preferred.
• Must pass background checks and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors behavior treatment plans and evaluates effectiveness via data.
• Responds to crisis situations and supports staff after incidents.
• Maintains clinical records and PBSP/FBA documentation.
• Participates in treatment team meetings and case reviews as needed.
• Provides face-to-face clinical services according to scope of practice.
