Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Clinician in Training to join our center-based team in Needham Heights, MA. You will work under a BCBA mentor to accelerate client success, share caseloads, and contribute to data-driven programming in a supportive, play-focused environment.

The position emphasizes growth, ongoing training, and collaboration with parents, with a strong commitment to our values and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Do you enjoy working with children and love learning?
• Are you in the process of finishing supervision (last 3-4 months), waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure?
• Supervision hours 1650 accrued.
• Do you demonstrate Bierman’s core values?
• Are you able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed?

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BCBA who serves as mentor and coach.
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients (create materials for learners on caseload).
• Assist in maintenance and organization of therapy materials for learners on caseload.
• Assist with CST for new hires entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BIC’s as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming by BCBA.
• Assist with monthly progress reports and documentation.
• Sit in on parent meetings and help prepare materials for meetings and trainings.
• Create and update charts and data sheets following a shared consult.
