Qualifications

• Knowledge of HUD regulations/policies and One-Site manual.
• Experience with recertification processes for Section 8 housing.
• Ability to manage resident inquiries and coordinate with service staff.

Responsibilities

• Annual and interim recertification of residents.
• Conduct interviews and review applications of potential residents.
• Assist residents, answer questions, and document service requests.
• Update tenant listings and waiting lists.
• Process move-ins and move-outs.
• Perform unit inspections.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Purchase supplies and pay bills.
• Appear in court for eviction proceedings.
• Perform other delegated duties.
• Manage rent collections and ledger reconciliation.
