Job summary

Elmington Living, based in Nashville, TN, seeks an Affordable Community Director to oversee operations, vendor relations, maintenance, leasing, and financial performance for a community. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction and budget adherence.

Weekend availability is required, with a strong focus on customer service and leadership excellence. You will lead a team, manage compliance with fair housing laws, and drive occupancy and revenue targets while representing Elmington to residents,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience required.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Customer service focused.
• Financial management, review, and reporting.
• Ensuring all team members abide by federal fair housing standards and all other laws.
• Presenting a professional image and effectively representing the company to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Operating computers and other technological devices.
• Maintaining neat and consistent resident files onsite in either electronic and/or hardcopy format.
• Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Following all company policies and procedures.
• Proven leader, forward thinker, innovative, and driven.
• Other duties as assigned
