Elmington Living is seeking an Assistant Community Director at North Lights in Nashville to help lead day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community. You will support the Community Director in financial administration, compliance, leasing, and resident relations, ensuring accurate resident files and timely financial records.

You will act as on-site leader in the CD's absence, engage with residents, coordinate tours and move-ins, and help maintain occupancy and program compliance.

Formación

• 1+ years of property management or administrative experience, affordable housing preferred
• Fair Housing certification within 7 days of employment
• Experience with LIHTC and/or HUD/Section 8 certification processes preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing the property's operating budget and occupancy to meet goals
• Support leasing activity including tours, applications, and move-in coordination
• Maintain audit-ready resident files and compliance documentation
• Support REAC, MOR, and state inspections preparation
• Step in as on-site leader in Community Director's absence
• Submit incident reports within 8 hours when CD is unavailable
• Track maintenance work orders to ensure 7-day turn times
