Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Director in meeting revenue goals by occupancy budgets and retention.
• Maintain accurate resident records.
• Update rents, deposits, and application fees daily.
• Issue notices for late payments, eviction notices, or returned checks.
• Deposit all receipts before the bank closes each day.
• Inspect move-outs and vacancies.
