Elmington Living, a premier property management company based in Nashville, TN, seeks an Affordable Assistant Community Director to support daily operations of an apartment community. You will handle basic bookkeeping, rent collection, tenant relations, and show vacant units.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of multi-family property management experience, affordable/tax credit knowledge, and are willing to work weekends.

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Must have affordable/tax credit experience.
• Must be willing to work weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist Community Director in meeting targeted revenue goals by optimizing occupancy and financial performance.
• Maintain accurate resident records.
• Update rents, deposits, and application fees daily.
• Issue notices for late payments, eviction notices, and returned checks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections and vacancy assessments.
• Greet prospective clients, show the community, and assist in leasing duties.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
