Job summary

HK Contractors, a CRH company, seeks an Asphalt Manager to lead asphalt plant operations and paving activities in Idaho Falls. You will drive safety, production, and quality while coaching crews and coordinating logistics to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in asphalt or related construction, strong leadership, and familiarity with MSHA/OSHA and DOT specs. Excellent problem solving and budget skills are essential.

Qualifications
